Este unul dintre cei mai accesibili antiestrogeni.
La barbati, Nolvadex reduce dimensiunile glandei mamare umflate, dar numai in cazul in care situatia nu a evoluat pana la dezvoltarea unei tumori benigne - atunci cea mai buna solutie este interventia chirurgicala.

Nolvadex luat in combinatie cu steroizi anabolizanti contribuie la redarea unui aspect mai dur si mai reliefat al musculaturii. Dar unii sportivi sustin ca el diminueaza in oarecare masura efectul steroizilor. Acest lucru este posibil datorita faptului ca reduce secretia factorului insulinic IGF-1.
In cazul steroizilor care se aromatizeaza usor, efectul optim se obtine prin combinatia cu Nolvadex sau Proviron. O doza zilnica de 10-30 mg de Nolvadex si 25-30 mg de Proviron apara practic totalmente organismul de acumulari nedorite de estrogeni.

O anumita cantitate de estrogeni este necesara in organism, iar o blocare totala a acestora poate duce la efecte secundare: scaderea libidoului, depresie si dispozitie proasta precum si disfunctii gastro-intestinale, ameteli, urticarie.

The structure of estrogen is very similar to testosterone, since it can aromatize many anabolic steroids is why the buildup of estrogens can be very serious concern. Estrogen can do two things negatively in males one is the extra build of fat, secondly being the extra water retention buildup in the body.Also it can increase production of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (leutinizing hormone) in the male body. Activating the estrogen receptor can have a positive effect on HDL (good) cholesterol values.

Dosage: Usual range with this drug would be 10 to 30mg a day and a duration of time which would be the amount needed on a individual basis of the problem to be resolved and back to normal.

Side Effects: Used in high amounts can cause an adverse effect complicating matters and the gains of the cycle could diminish slightly.
